THL Power Rankings Season 4 Week 4

What up, THL? Mainge here, back again with MVParker and Cassity14 to bring you power rankings for week 3. Normally these go more in depth but a busy week has derailed that. We’ll be back to the higher quality (and yet, still shitty) Power Rankings that you’ve come to expect next week when there’s not a hurricane swirling around in my backyard.


1. Team Rank 5 (=)
Went up against the imploding avatar and walked away with a 5-0 sweep. Team Rank 5 is now 13-2 in individual matches on the young season. They take on Danger Zone this week.


2. Aeon (=)
Took on NWA in one of the most anticipated matchups of the week and walked away a tie, 13-13. The top 3 of Gallon213, DotDark, and TopHatDemon took home wins. Aeon plays The Yogg Champs.


3. The Hairy Generals (+1)
Ended up sweeping the Temporal Legends as well, holding them to a THL record low 2 points. Markshire and JediNinja pick up their wins of the season. The Hairy Generals face Entropy this week.

4. NWA (+1)
As mentioned above, tied with Aeon this week. NWA lost in their top 3 seeds. However, they handily won in the rest of their matches to force the tie. NWA is up against Team Golden Wisp this week.


5. Defias Brotherhood (+4)
Defias crushed Green-leading Danger Zone in their match last week with only Hambowen losing in 5 to Vendi. They are now second in points in the Orange division. Defias faces off against Team 1600 Dust this week.


6. Entropy (-3)
Entropy lost for the second straight week, being upset by Team Golden Wisp 18-11. They’re underperforming a bit this season but with the amount of talent on their roster, they should be fine. Tough challenge ahead, however, with The Hairy Generals on deck.


7. Team 1600 Dust (+4)
Another week, another win for 1600 dust, who have turned their season around nicely after a disappointing debut. This time they beat The Damaged Ones by a score of 17-11. They take on the Defias Brotherhood this week.


8. Netherstorm (+4)
After a few losses to start the season, Netherstorm fought back with a huge victory over The Yogg Champs, 20-6. Netherstorm takes on the Temporal Legends this week.


9. Yogg Champs (-3)
Rough week for the Yogg Champs, as they lost 3 out of 4 matches and had a DQ to boot. They’re looking to stop their skid this week against Aeon.


10. Danger Zone (-2)
Danger Zone took a beating against The Defias Brotherhood this week, as only Vendi was able to snare a win. Despite that, they’re currently still on top of Green Division.They take on Team Rank 5 this week.


11. Avatar (-4)
LOL.

Avatar faces Noob Central this week.


12. The Golden Wisp (+4)
Won their first game of the season in an impressive upset over Entropy. Wwlos still has yet to lose, while DrewbixQube grabbed an important victory himself. They look to get back to an even record this week against NWA.


13. The Damaged Ones (=)
Lost a tight one against Team 1600 Dust, but Houdini and DirestBear did manage wins of their own. Bytes fell 2-3 in one of the best Sally Saturday matches of all time. Some news to report as it looks like Gkick is stepping down and will be replaced by NeuroToxinTJ.


14. Noob Central (+1)
Noob Central picks up their first win of the season thanks to a pair of DQs. Still concerning however that, of the 3 matches the Noobs actually played, they only won one of them. They take on the imploding Avatar this week.


15. Temporal Legends (-4)
Ouch. The Legends managed only 2 points last week, which is a record for lowest point total in THL history for a single week with no DQs. Credit to them for actually completing their matches however, unlike our last team.


16. Xnergy (-2)
Well, that’s now 4 DQs in 3 weeks. It’s unfortunate that a team with such a good core has been mired by the plague of disqualification. We hear there are changes in store for Xnergy to help correct the issue. Still, Zab is 3-0 while Drew is having a fine season himself. There’s still hope for Xnergy this season.
