Our goal is to play tournament style Hearthstone on a flexible, multi-week schedule that allows players with all lifestyles to compete while forming social connections through teamwork, sporting competition, camaraderie, and love of the game.

THL's GOALS

To hold ourselves and each other to a high standard of integrity, while remaining compassionate and ensuring that matches get played in a comfortable and fun environment. The worst thing that can happen in any THL match is an experience that compels one or both players to not want to participate any longer. This includes (but is not limited to) no-shows, cheating or other issues with competitive integrity, or poor social interactions that create negativity. |
To share the joy of THL with others both inside and outside our sphere, using grassroots methods to cultivate a populous, yet manageable audience, while connecting with those who resonate with THL's message or with partners who can help spread the word and enrich the experience of our members. |
To support and maintain our organization through combined and collaborative effort from both internal officials, community volunteers, and all participants of THL through whatever means available. |
THL's PEOPLE
The Board - a small group of experienced community members who help maintain the organization's day-to-day operations and maintain a vision on the present and future direction of THL.
- Systems Lead (MartyB) - responsible for maintaining and improving THL's automated systems
- Website Manager (basedinc) - responsible for maintaining and improving THL's website
- Rules Manager (RonMexico) - responsible for developing and disseminating THL's rules in a comprehensive yet understandable way
- Community Lead (TwoStarMako) - responsible for managing current and future season rosters to allow the most people the opportunity to play possible while developing competent captains
- Branding Liaison (Saku, Lotusknight, Bonemasher & RonMexico) - responsible for curating THL's brand through design and connecting with volunteer content producers to provide support while guaranteeing quality
- The Captains - the player-side volunteers who engage their teammates with knowledge, excitement, and accountability. The captains are the link between the board and the players that keep the matches getting played.
- Volunteers - anyone that has time and skill that they're willing to share is welcome to help!
