Ragnaros X Team Power Rankings: Week 1

JerryDamage and iCon combine to rank all the teams after one week of play

1. Collective Mayhem
With an incredibly strong roster at the top to very solid players at the bottom, Mayhem is exactly what everyone predicted them to be. A win against SPG is nothing to sneeze at as well.

2. Hearthstone Academy

A scary team in the 1-3 seed, this Red Division team’s 4-5 seed players actually showed up big this week, pulling off a pair of 3-1s versus Dirty Mike and his Boys.

3. Dirty Mike and the Boys
A battle of two top 4 teams will always have a loser, and Dirty Mike’s middle players kept them in a respectable amount of points. Don’t sleep on the Boys. In our opinion they’re the clear standouts of Gold Division.

4. DadLegend
An upset to our 4th ranked team sees RNG, a squad of players many analysts were calling “Unknowns” and “Big Question Marks” take out one of the strongest seeded teams in the entire league. A one-off fluke, or the herald of something bigger to come?

5. The Cabal
To many people’s sadness, everyone’s least favorite cult of villains dismantled the Stubbs 4-1 this week.

6. Hot Pepper
One of the top-heaviest teams in the league featuring Dreamhack superstar Ironfire and THL superstar KD dropped a game to Pod People, a team we had ranked close to #20. Another interesting storyline to watch out for.

7. Team Next Level
Previous season’s champions TNL drop their first game to middle-of the pack team AP4K. Is AP4K the real deal, or is it just game over for Next Level?

8. Saronite Pain Gang
The Pain Gang’s solid, well-rounded roster and loss to #1 ranked team Mayhem keeps them at our 8 spot for week 1.

9. Xnergy

One thing has been proven again and again: don’t sleep on Xnergy. With a smashing 21 points, Dexter’s squad is looking much better than we gave them credit for.

10. Always Topdeck Lethal

Rounding out our top 10, ATL’s slaughter of Mox puts them at a great start to their season.
