With two weeks of results the rankings were not quite as fluid this time around, though some upsets and surprises did have a few teams gaining or losing ground. As the weeks progress there should be less extreme fluctuations and much smaller adjustments but anything is possible. Also, are we starting to get a clearer picture of the top four teams? Let's take a look. 1. Soupreme (last week: 1) – 1st Blue – 42 ptsThe duo of DeerJason and Cheesee10 made another case for being the best 1-2 punch in the league this week, albeit aided by a forfeit. The rest of Soupreme also won, giving them the maximum amount of points over Those Filthy Roleplayers. Over two weeks Soupreme is 9-1 in individual matches, with the lone loss being a disqualification. 2. Xnergy (last week 2) – 1st Green – 38 ptsCatota and VendiClique both got back on track this week with wins and Pacetry continued his success with an exciting win over KremePuff on Salty Saturday. Xnergy took four of the five matches against Top Deck Kings in their matchup and remain one of the strongest teams in the league. 3. Team Golden Wisp (last week 6) – 3rd Blue – 30 ptsThe first change we see in this week's rankings is Team Golden Wisp shooting ahead to third. After a close loss against Xnergy and now a win over Pure Strategy, more attention should probably be paid to this new team. Also, it should be noted that in back-to-back weeks AlecGWPodcast has beaten two 500 PR players and two of THL's strongest in Catota and YuruYuri. 4. Team Rank Five (last week 5) – 3rd Orange – 31 ptsTeam Rank Five wasted no time in trying to get over their week one upset and Archon Storm seemed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. With two 3-0's and two 3-1's, TR5 claimed victory with a dominating performance. It seems captain Mainge has replaced KillaJive, meaning their roster is now the same as last season except their four seed has been changed out for MVParker and the top three seeds all moved down a spot; a scary situation for the rest of THL. 5. The Hairy Generals (last week 8) – 2nd Blue – 30 ptsWeek one it seemed the Hairy Generals had everything wrapped up and then a forfeit by BoomBoomHall ended up giving them a tie. BoomBoomHall has stepped aside and been replaced by Markshire, someone familiar with THL and someone who wasted no time in picking up a win. Taking on another founding team in The Gosu Casuals this past week the Generals were able to pick up the victory and move up the rankings. 6. Pure Strategy (last week 4) – 2nd Green – 31 ptsAfter an amazing week one Pure Strategy returned to Earth in week two. Hambowen put up another win but his team fell a little short against Team Golden Wisp. ApplSaucFactory, who was the only member to not get a win last week, bounced back with a sweep this week but it wasn't enough. 7. Entropy (last week 3) – 2nd Red – 32 ptsJaxox's squad in the red division found out a lesson it seems a lot of teams have learned the hard way, don't sleep on the Noobs. Entropy only won one match against Noob Central but all four of the losses went to game five making it a very contested series. Entropy still has a strong and balanced group, but the question is if they are one of the elite teams in the league or if they are just barely outside that group. 8. Continuum (last week 11) – 1st Red – 36 ptsAlong with Soupreme, the other team to grab the most points this week was the team of Continuum. Facing off against Boom Squad they were able to win all five matches, with help from substitute Necrohavoc picking up a big win. Almace and Craeon both improve to 2-0 this season and this new team is quietly moving up the rankings. 9. The Super Heroes (last week 10) – t-1st Red – 34 ptsSimilar to week one, SuperSam along with JerryDamage and MonkeyWarlord, all picked up wins to give the Super Heroes the series, this time over The Dream Team. With all of its members being new enough to gain or lose double PR each week there is a chance we may see a different seeded Super Heroes team in a few weeks and we'll have to see what impact that has. 10. The Gosu Casuals (last week 9) – 3rd Green – 19 ptsHoping to rebound from week one The Gosu Casuals squared off against a familiar team in the Hairy Generals. While Slimsch was able to get back to his winning ways, his team as a whole came up a little short and the casuals start the season 0-2. With one of the best players in the league the one seed isn't a concern for the Casuals, but going forward there are question marks about the rest of the roster. 11. Noob Central (last week 15) – t-1st Orange – 34 ptsIn a little bit of a surprise, Noob Central took four of the five matches against Entropy to cruise to victory. stiLLer3k and Kuthroat both saw wins again this week as the pair shows THL they might be the most overlooked 1-2 pairing. There is still some concern with the lack of experience among their lower seeds but the underdog team keeps proving doubters wrong. 12. Archon Storm (last week 7) – 4th Red – 20 ptsTaking another drop in the standings this week is the team of Archon Storm. Week two, Viridae's team lined up against a determined Team Rank Five team and it didn't go well. HertzDonut's impressive undefeated streak was ended by Imbolc and the team as a whole struggled to find wins. One positive however was Gideoneko who now has two sweeps over the past two weeks. 13. The Dream Team (last week 13) – 3rd Red – 28 ptsThe Dream Team started off their season with a massive upset but were unable to continue with that momentum into week two, falling to the Super Heroes. Was week one just a short reverie? Were the preseason predictions for The Dream Team closer to reality? Perhaps they're somewhere inbetween? 14. Boom Squad (last week 12) – 4th Orange – 17 ptsFor the second week Boom Squad had a lot of matches go to game five, and for the second time they came up short against their opponent, this time it was Continuum. Boom Squad has some talent and it's still really early in the season so there's time to turn it around but they will need to do it soon or risk falling too far behind. 15. Top Deck Kings (last week 16) – 4th Blue – 15 ptsOne of the new teams to THL, the early schedule hasn't been very forgiving to the Top Deck Kings, starting them off with two experienced and strong teams in Pure Strategy and then Xnergy. KremePuff had a nice showing on Salty Saturday but was not quite able to close it out, adding a silver lining for the week along with DaBigCheez's win. The rest of the schedule also looks pretty rough so the Top Deck Kings will have to do a lot of learning on the job so to speak. 16. Those Filthy Roleplayers (last week 14) – 4th Green – 18 ptsThose Filthy Roleplayers had the unfortunate experience of going against Soupreme this past week and like their rival before them did not fare very well. There are still a few unknowns on the roleplayers so we'll have to see how they do in the upcoming weeks, especially in weeks where the competition will not be quite as fierce as it was in week two.
